最近剛開始練身體,卻都不懂正確的訓練方法,也不想花錢去健身房,所以只在家裡做仰臥起坐(屈膝),伏地挺身(手寬於肩),還有舉個啞鈴,加上用啞鈴做躺姿飛輪,就這樣而已。我想請教各位健身達人,我170公分,67公斤,不想練的太大隻,希望比目前體重減個幾公斤之外,主要想練出線條,看的出�
