我除了每週固定3次的舞蹈課外,每週還會再找3~4天,每次跑步1小時基於最近會吃很多美食,我又怕好不容易減下來的體重又回復所以想把運動量增加為每週每天跑步1個小時或是維持每週3~4天跑步,但時間漸進拉長為1.5~2個小時請問這樣的運動時間或運動量會不會對肌肉造成影響或傷害?(因為我已經連續
