我今年國一,媽媽因有睡眠障礙,所以有吃睡眠鎮定劑,之前因為食慾不振、飲食不均,而導致營養不良,瘦了很多,目前除了飲食已經有改善家人也買了一些維他命補充營養ps(營養品有:月見草油,維他命c、e、DHA魚油、善存、維他命B群、葉黃素、鈣片@@)請問這些要怎麼搭配吃法比較健康(當然知道�
