我是男生~身高178~體重77.平時會運動打壘球.早上起床會舉啞鈴.我上半身很壯.但我下半身大腿小腿卻都好細.好困擾.我該做什麼其他運動嗎?或是吃什麼營養食品嗎???不曉得怎讓我的腿變粗點.應該是越粗越好啦.
