我以前太久都沒運動了,大概六年都沒什麼運動(國中到高中)到現在坐在電腦前太久,已經從43胖到48了最近想開始運動減肥...可是太久沒運動的我一運動就受傷而且很容易喘、體力不好遇到這樣的情形該怎辦?...Showmore
