我是女生最近剛參加了健身房健身那間健身房不太像健身俱樂部那種到那裏自己想做什麼就做什麼而是教練看你的身體狀況指導你做健身項目最近教練都叫我做舉重.啞鈴.仰臥起坐.腿力訓練各30下請問這樣熱量消耗大嗎因為我想在兩個月內瘦個5公斤起初以為是會很累訓練心肺那種健身不過這樣看起來好�
