有人說減肥如果要瘦肚子,且不想外出運動的話,那在家裡可以做仰臥起坐減肥;但是又聽過有女生,她很瘦又有點腹肌,因為她也常做仰臥起坐。也聽過人家說,仰臥起坐一但做習慣了一定要常常做,否則會反而變更胖。但是現在想問的是,我身高大約161體重大概56~57KG,外型看來不是很胖,但是胖肚
