我今年17歲,再半年就滿18了。我的體型不算太差,身高176左右。但是我常常被罵太瘦,而我自己也這麼認為!我的體質是比較難胖的,我努力吃很多東西但始終胖不了…我有購買練肌肉用的高蛋白奶昔來喝,需要配合運動才能發揮效果。但我沒有錢去健身房,以及身邊沒有任何運動器材…是否要購買啞
