我覺得手臂越來越粗想用啞鈴健身但是不知道女生適合幾公斤到幾公斤的......我怕到時候選的太重會傷到肌肉或練出肌肉==a所以一開始要選幾公斤的呢???之後慢慢加重可以最多到幾公斤???我應該算是瘦弱的那種啦......只是手臂粗==像一瓶570c.c.的水我覺得舉起來就蠻輕的(單手)沒啥重量訓練的感覺...Showmore
