我想在一個月內瘦3~5公斤!不吃藥~不吃任何產品~我現在早餐~午餐~晚餐都正常吃!(不吃肉)沒有在吃垃圾食物!(但有時有吃水果)有什麼運動是可以在室內(房間裡)做的!而且可以一個月瘦3~5公斤~我想瘦臉.手臂.小腹.整個下半身!!希望大家可以幫幫我=ˇ=想擺脫"肥胖"這個詞!!!...Showmore
