這兩個月為了要減重自己對自己很嚴格不管天氣如何都要求自己運動超過四小時都是激烈的有氧如跑步十公里或是有氧拳擊飛輪等等後來因為體脂降到偏低公斤數反而下不去就開始節食每天早上都是豆漿+三個蛋白中午燙青菜晚上運動沒吃到上禮拜已經減了九公斤(體重50)體脂仍是偏低卻開始有暴食症出��
