目前95公斤想減到75公斤現在每天三餐都吃一個蒸馬鈴薯,跟一點點南瓜,中午會吃一種水煮的青菜,如果太想吃肉就會買魚肉(鮭、旗、鮪、鱈)直接蒸來吃。牛羊雞豬鴨肉不碰,也不會去外面吃便當之類的,都自己在家蒸來吃另外再到健身房去做重量運動,運動前會吃兩條香蕉目前兩個禮拜已經從95瘦��
