如何健身??我體脂肪25我想降到15同時我知道要重訓加有氧才能達到這個目標但是我想問幾個問題請問重訓完要吃什麼呢?(澱粉還是蛋白質)要怎麼重訓才是有效的呢?(可以增加肌肉)我現在每天先重訓1小時在跑步30分鐘可是體脂肪一直降不下來會是哪邊出問題呢??期望有健身的大大來回答就好其他像是清醍��
