如何改善大腸急躁症? - 健身

如果曾經患有大腸急躁症(壓力導致的)但之後..偶而還是會出現類似這樣的症狀,只是為期幾天的時間,之後自己會好請問:1.飲食刺激是否也會導致這毛病再犯?2.生理期是否也會有所影響?應該注意哪些地方來改善呢?
