我180公分130公斤男生因為手力不夠伏力挺身做不起來所以每天要舉14P啞鈴舉20下(每個禮拜+個5下因為肚子太大每天要跑400公呎的操場5圈(慢跑)飲食:早餐吃1個撥蘿麵包配白開水(還有吃B群調整體質午餐吃半個便當晚餐吃1顆蘋果睡前做20個仰臥體坐這樣一天可以減少多少體脂肪??減少多少熱量回答+20點
