我目前高二打女子籃球身高160體重55在隊上打大前鋒因為前幾場比賽都因為力量不夠所以就算把籃板抓下來也很快就被搶走所以想請問如何增加肌肉的力量有關搶籃板的手的力量與跳躍力的腳的力量剛剛爬了很多文很多人說可以做伏地挺身與舉啞鈴但也有人說這樣肌肉會瘦請問像我每天做伏地挺身30下跟
