我就單刀直入的說了!!我身高174,體重71~74(每次量都不一定)我幾乎每天都在做重量訓練,我先把我的課表打出來:這是每天固定行程:1.拉筋2.蹲馬步1分15秒(慢慢增加)3.伏地挺身10下,就1組4.拳頭著地伏地挺身5下,也1組※註:啞鈴重量為6~8磅?(我自己也不確定是多重,不過都是同一個啞鈴)星期一、四:1.二頭�
