我聽說過做運動能增加肌肉密度那激烈的運動是否能減肥呢?那我會不會因為伏地挺身做太多而削減肌肉呢?我聽說仰臥起坐維持在45度最吃力請問一直維持在45度練腹肌比較快還是在45度附近上下擺動比較快呢?再請問我為了練大腿和瘦大腿我每天做了大約1000-500下(分段)的空中腳踏車和不停的起立蹲下大約
