最近怪怪的這三四天來感覺我做伏地挺身次數逐漸的退化本來我都禮拜123做4天息56做7休息我都做4組剛開始1組全力做30下左右最少都有29下{每次做到29下還能在稱上來一半}其他三組都10下左右中間都休息1分鐘不知道為什麼我這三四天來感覺真不順剛開始做第一組的時候我原本都30下比較多大概前天左右我
