如何增加胸部肌肉厚度 - 伏地挺身

我男生身高170/體重59骨架較小體型偏瘦上半身肩膀手臂較纖細我主要訴求是想把肩膀、手臂、胸肌練厚經過每天有練伏地挺身一次30~40下長期下來手臂肩膀是有較明顯的增厚可是感覺胸肌部分的肌肉因為肉不夠多的關係吧只有一點點的型感覺不夠厚請問有何方法能讓胸肌增厚些?
