我是一個從小不愛運動的國中生,學業不錯,但體力很差,在同學面前非常丟臉,也因此常被欺負,雖然他們不說,但我一直覺得他們認為我是書呆子,我不要!!請問我該如何"有效","快速",的增加我的{心肺耐力},[肌力],[臂力],[握力]呢?請務必每一種都要回答,由衷感謝!
