目前22歲184/60身型很高過瘦兵役體檢時醫生跟我說我這體格骨架體質等等是永遠吃不胖醫生強烈建議我可以藉著重量訓練達到體格標準其實我真的吃不胖我食慾很好而且完全不挑食但天生腸胃不太好食物只要一點不衛生就拉肚子目前延畢關係..離當兵還有一年多的時間雖然有在上班還有課業但我時間其實
