想要練出胸肌參考了網路資料最省錢也最方便的方法就是伏地挺身開始到現在也練了二週手臂肌肉會有酸痛感胸肌也會酸但是沒手臂肌肉來的嚴重期間也有加強蛋白質的攝取(多吃肉類、豆漿、牛奶)目前遇到的瓶頸是手臂肌肉有變大但是胸肌感覺沒大多少練出來的肌肉感覺軟軟的不結實要怎麼練肌肉才��
