我最近想開始鍛鍊身體像我哥一樣,他每天都會去重訓我現在身高167體重47我很瘦,又不高所以我想練壯一點但我還沒有要去健身房的打算每天在家伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、拉單槓會有效嗎我想練成肌肉男那樣,雖然我是新手,但我相信自己有決心還有飲食的問題能稍微跟我介紹一下嗎?
