小弟我175公分體重75公斤如何在最短時間內瘦下來而且又達到健身效果因為小弟本身有再拿啞鈴的習慣但都要出力時二頭肌部份才會是硬的而且感覺他的外面都包的一層油不只是手小弟感覺全身外面都被油包著胸部的部份也是要出力他才會硬不然放鬆他都是軟軟的肚子也是很團結因為小弟會拿啞鈴做轉��
