您好,最近覺得身體超重的,170cm80公斤的女生,我很想三個月內瘦下來至少15~20公斤.我這個國家並沒有有氧拳擊,有的只有教傳統型的拳擊,因為是在家裡one-on-one對打,所以1個小時內都是打sparring.一個禮拜有四次.通常都1~1個小時半.後來想想一天沒運動就會慢下來,覺得很懶,所以想上健身房使用跑步機和腳踏車,也是鍛鍊1~1個小時半,一個禮拜三次,請問這樣子是不是比較有效呢?會不會變成反效果反而便很壯很壯的女生?我7天內有4天是打拳擊3天跑步+腳踏車.這樣還好吧?覺得流汗都很舒服QvQ不然我也有考慮4天拳擊3天泰拳...=.="
