白天上課沒什麼運動......如果每天睡前伏地挺身和仰臥起作各100下以上(非一氣喝成~)另外搭配原地跑半小時~這樣運動有辦法練出腹肌嗎!看電視上那些跳街舞男生都有腹肌超好看好獻慕......或是有人可以推薦幾項自行在家可以練習腹肌速成運動^^ps:別說叫我去健身房...住鄉下地方連去便利商店都要好幾公
