我之前有在健身躺舉跟舉啞鈴還有滾輪都有在用但是我不知道是方法不對還是怎樣因為我鍊出來的胸肌都只有上胸在長但是下胸與內側感覺都沒啥動靜而且練起來感覺胸肌有點垂垂的不太好看因為看起來不挺而且之前為了準備考試荒廢了好一陣子所以原本的胸肌整個垂了下來感覺奶子更衰的感覺請問如�
