請問要如何練出有形的肌肉我要的只是形狀好看不一定要硬不用太大塊太恐怖還有不用靠健身器材我現在的方法是一天伏地挺身快的30X2慢的25X2一天仰臥起坐快的25X2慢的(也就是在用力時停5秒鐘)20X2以上2種都是每週各增加5下請問是快的還慢的練出來的肌肉比較有形??我想先練型以後再練硬度想在暑假後��
