我今年37歲,這幾年常常睡到3~4小時就醒來,有時可以很快入睡但有時要過一小時後才能再睡.導致我隔日上班無精打采.請問你們也有這樣的捆腦嗎?我想是否和我前幾年考公職2~3年用腦過度,導致腦部提早退化有關?因為聽說中老年人也有睡眠中斷問題.另一可能是中午喝咖啡,但是離晚上還很久應該不至於引��
