我因為最近飲食不正常身材變胖了所以迷上的健身好好鍛鍊身體但是光靠仰臥起坐瘦肚子是不夠的所以我有在慢跑每天跑三千公尺(主要是要瘦肚子的肥肉)我有在伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴練身體重點來了我會因為每天慢跑減肥減掉健身練出來的肌肉嗎?...Showmore
