我的身高是176cm體重68kg左右腰圍大概是80cm...我想要把肚子上的肉變結實和增加手臂的肌肉,但是不希望用到亞鈴之類的健身器具,因為怕會影響身高...請問要怎麼做呢?是該做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身之類的嗎?!如果是那又該做幾組幾下?請大大分享經驗,大概要持續什麼的運動和持續多久才能讓肚子上的肉變結��
