我現在5年級上學期過完寒假就要下學期了只是我一直覺得我跑步很慢-.-60公尺竟然要跑10秒67100公尺好像是17秒多(不確定是100還180)還有我臂力我覺得不是很大腳力也是-.-丟球踢球都不是很高-.-請問各位大大要做啥才能讓跑步變快,增加臂力與腳力~~要正確喔!!奉上20點拜託大大交交我-.-~...Showmore
