請問專業的大大 我現在一周健身四天如下:肌酸5克跑步機10~20分鐘暖身 史密斯訓練1.5~小時其他健身器材1.5小時跑步機10分鐘收操乳清蛋白50克 (固定星期三有飛輪課程)早上起床跟晚上睡覺前都會喝一杯300cc低脂牛奶請問以上健身課程表可以嗎? 還有最重要的,我這樣的健身,每日的三餐該如何搭�
