我是個女生目前高一,我們下下個禮拜四要測體適能,800m我不知要如何配速...我用普通速度跑成績4分08,我想在這兩個禮拜內練出3分多..請問該如何練?至於有可能3分多嗎?我有腹肌但一分鐘仰臥起坐才48下....請問這個有辦法進步嗎?立定跳也才177==老師請問我可以在這兩個禮拜內讓這幾項成績進步嗎
