我現在是個國3生168CM72KG有點重==我想問的是我每天都拿2個14P的啞鈴練2頭肌還有爬階梯練彈跳和仰臥起坐剛作時我感覺2頭肌有明顯出來~後來他就沒在變大了~..~好像也沒什麼在長高了~請問一下這樣會影響發育了嗎?還有請告訴我長高的方法和變瘦的方法~盡量部要用複製的~...Showmore
