我伏地挺身仰臥起坐舉啞鈴都已經練一個多月了仰臥起坐啞鈴都有很明顯的進步以前兩種都50下就不行了現在一天兩百下都沒問題但伏地挺身卻根本沒進步當初開始練一次25下就都ok的但現在還是30幾下就起不來了為什麼都不會進步阿是我太重嗎我182cm68kg還是要再瘦一點才好做還有大概要練多久才會有明��
