目前才剛開始舉幾天而已舉的是單手16磅我舉的方式是面對我,然後左轉,以時針為主,從9點鐘方向舉到12點方向,來回算一次,一隻手50次,兩隻手各50次,50次算一組,一天大約做3組是為了未來想學棒球而開始做重量訓練請問我的方法有需要加強的地方嗎?
