好久以前有舉啞鈴練過一段時間但左右邊練的大小有點不協調現在想練卻忘了動作怎麼練了有誰可以教我我要把左邊也練起來不然看起來怪怪的希望能有圖表示會更明確或是詳細解釋動作吊單槓可以練背肌我知道但我的情形只會讓兩邊繼續維持不同大小麻煩各位健身達人幫忙感激不盡...Showmore
