家族遺傳吃不胖怎麼辦??現在17歲了身高180cm體重卻只有56出頭如果假日只要比較晚起床錯過早餐或是少吃ㄧ餐體重馬上就又降下來了老是56-58徘徊就是無法突破60很想吃到70kg以上遺傳應該是我爸那邊的我爸很瘦但是阿公體重有8X我爸說是中年過後才發福的要我等到中年才胖那就太晚了~"~雖然不能上健身
