我覺得小6練會不會影響身高我身高162.9體重53算胖嗎@@?我第一天做仰臥起坐的時候瞞困難的我第一天做50下每10下就休息我是趁著看電視廣告做抖我只有晚上做還有到了第2天我全身痠痛第2天我還是繼續做做了70下也是一樣10下10下做這樣會不會沒效??我只想練臂肌胸肌可是到了第3天我做的時候就變的很困��
