我20歲,身高大約172,體重65身材中等,希望可以讓身材看起來更緊實、有線條在家裡只有單個20磅啞鈴沒有其他的健身器材也不會去健身房希望能在家中做一些能健身的運動因為常常熬夜有時候就會失眠希望可以藉由運動和飲食把身體調整回來我有找過網路上關於健身的網站但是很多都是敘述看不太懂�
