我170CM70KG想健身跟減肥只是想讓自己看起來壯一些瘦一些可否請專精健身的你幫我規畫一些計畫例如仰臥起坐一組20下一天5組之類每天做?兩天做?另外蛋白質要怎麼補充才正確?只是想壯些應該不至於買到高蛋白???能練的都好!不至於到專業不上健身房家裡已有啞鈴規劃越詳細越好謝謝你想練腹肌胸肌背肌
