我是國2生但好矮升高147體重50出頭也沒有什麼肌肉仰臥起坐可以做50下一分鐘伏地12下是我的極限我會流手汗坐肢體前彎大概20~23八我該先先從甚麼練起?我要注意蛇ㄇ?我可以先練哪招?會很容易受傷嗎?我是超級新手入門的小屁孩起各位大大幫我回答!!謝謝
