我有兩個5公斤啞鈴,一個伏地挺身架,一個健腹輪,兩個超難壓的握力器,還有一個拉力器放胸前練胸肌的感覺每天練的量很難衡量,怕過量又怕太少看很多人似乎有把某類跟某類的分兩天來做似乎這樣會比較有效也不容易受傷所以希望高手能幫我定一下計劃囉~希望是一天能在半小到一小能完成的量另外可否
