我這幾天非常難睡著,每次11點上床睡覺,一開始還蠻睏的,但到最後會突然變得很有精神就睡著了.或者是一直看著電燈看到最後也會變得很有精神每天起來玩電腦都沒再出去運動!我想問怎樣比較容易改進.
