我是一個吃很多但不胖的人...現在55KG...如重增至60KG要多久的時間?我從上年開始做無氧運動,重訓,我是每次做一小時,一星期3-4次。體重也沒有變==肌肉也不太明顯。如做重訓想變高的話是不是比較困難?有大大給我課表嗎...我只想增重一些和有些肌肉。。(iamnineteen)
