怎樣讓我的投籃距離可以拉長 - 健身

請問各位大大我發覺我在打籃球的時候投中距離的時候還不錯但是拉到3分線以後就投不進了我感覺力量不構但是太用力了姿勢又會變掉請問一下我要加強甚麼地方的肌力才可以讓我的投籃距離給拉長??
