我今年高三要畢業生大學了身高174CM.體重50KG有一段時間每天睡前有喝牛奶也在睡前作伏立體身,舉3KG亞琳,仰臥起坐有長肌肉可是沒有變胖..我食量不大也不小飯也只吃一碗,有時候會有不想吃東西,可是還是會吃一點有時候會不想吃正餐,想吃餅乾.糖果.炸的之類的東西來填飽肚子我好像代謝很好,��
