我現在是國中生~不過早上都吃牛奶麥片和土司~但是聽說麥片熱量很高是真的嗎?=0=每天中午都吃"很多"青菜~~~=))))))可是都還瘦不下來......不過我想說晚上要"跑步"運動但阿母都說要用"走"的~所以我不知道該怎麼樣才可以瘦下來.........Showmore
